More than just a kickboxing team!

kickboxing or Boxing is a fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner as well as the experienced athlete. It will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Classes normally start with a good warmup folowed by technique as well as both dynamic and static stretching. Often, specific exercise for core strenght and development like crunches and planking are incormporated in the lesson.
Typical kickboxing classes run from 1 hour to 1 hour and half, depending on what Vin has planned for the day. Kickboxing or Boxing is a good fitness choice for those looking to burn calories for weight loss,
or to improve stamina and health. People who are bored with traditionial gym will enjoy the fast pace and new movements in a kickboxing class. You don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience to take a kickboxing or Boxing class. Everyone is welcome, we also keep a very friendly environment.
